Ayurveda Herbology Course

Herbs as the name indicate that it is close to the nature. They grow wildly and have got all the skills to bear the adverse conditions and still maintaining their livingness. So, using these herbs, means to share all these things with the body to maintain the livingness of the body.

Herbs can be in the form of plants, spices, fruits, vegetables which when taken according to our body type ( prakrirti /constitution) brings wonderful results. They act as a medicine when taken in right proportion and on right time. Herbs are capacitated naturally for the livingness, so these have all the best capacities to bring the healthy changes in the body. This is not alone the alkaloids or some other components which can decide behavior of the herb, there will be many more natural aspects of a herb which make these a better choice.
